Empathy Map

We used Empathy maps to enhance the empathy towards the user, but also for categorizing and making sense of qualitative research data and discovering the possible gaps in the research itself.

It also served us as a quick way to show users' behaviors, thoughts and attitudes to other members of the team and stakeholders. One thing to add more, is that it's crucial to keep them updated as more research is done.
